Free Internet. Large room.
Not a lot of facilities in room (slippers, toothbrush, etc..); noisy AC, cockroaches in the room, limited TV stations.

close to diplomatic quarter
today i m sick ,,, because of dellmon... dirty dusty quilt cover,,,, no warm /cold water facility ,,,, strange????????????? charges of cold drink at checkout time

staff were friendly especially Abo Ali. it was quiet and u can sleep for long hours without any noisy :)

Location near Embassy Dis. Nice if you have a business trip to that location.
Everything else. The windows were not sealed very well and we suffered the cold winter without any kind of heating.

My room or my co-workers room were never cleaned the whole time we were there. The staff weren't polite. The shower was leaking into the electric fan and the room was filthy.

Hotel staff was courteous and very supportive. The room service was tasty, on time, and nicely presented. I had a junior suite at the same price that a single room would have cost in the US. And the facility was spacious. I initially had some difficulty with my credit card and the hotel generously loaned me cash until I could sort out my banking issues.
The wireless internet access in my room was spotty as it did not work reliably at the desk. I resorted to working exclusively at the dining room table. The kitchen was not stocked with plates, silverware, soap, or towels. As such it was not useful. These items MAY have been available but I didn't ask.

For a night or two its acceptable. I stayed with family and it was OK as the location was near Kingdom Mall and other attractions.
Breakfast which was complimentary wasn't good!

Clean, quiet, parking with security, friendly staff, nearby fast food & convenient store and nice room-service food.
Breakfast is disappointing, lack of choice.
